My true spirit and passion has always beento foster and enable others in one capacity or another. With a degree in HumanDevelopment and Family Studies, received in 2002 from Colorado StateUniversity, I worked in Early Childhood Education for many years. I used mypeaceful, calm, nurturing nature to care for and educate the young children inthe variety of programs I worked for. I then found I had another calling; tobecome a massage therapist. I pulled from and shifted those values andqualities I had as an educator and caregiver to my new journey on understandingand embracing the healing properties of touch.

I graduated from the Colorado School ofHealing Arts in the spring of 2014 prepared to provide individualized, knowledgeable, heartfelt bodywork for those in need. I am truly fulfilled by working closely with each client to understand how I can help achieve the balance their body needs to function properly and harmoniously and to improve upon their overall well-being. I am trained in and have experience in various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal, sports, andThai yoga massage. I continue to expand my knowledge and understanding of the ever changing and growing industry I am blessed and proud to work in. It is my intention to hold space for all those who enter in mine and provide a safe place for people to simply be.
