Sarah’s work is rooted in a strong understanding of anatomy & physiology. She has an integrated therapeutic style, drawing from a variety of different techniques and modalities, including neuromuscular, sports, hot stone, cupping, trigger point, and aromatherapy. Sarah especially enjoys doing targeted focus work. Her intuitive and client-centered approach aims to meet clients where they’re at and leave them feeling more grounded and connected to their body.
In 2020, she earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver, and gained valuable experience working as a physical therapy aide. She went on to complete her 720 hour massage therapy program at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2021. The following year, Sarah started her massage career at Elixir. She’s since worked in other settings, including chiropractic and additional physical therapy practices.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Sarah is often climbing, practicing yoga, adventuring with her two dogs, spending time with loved ones, or enjoying live music.
