My favorite modalities are prenatal and deep tissue. I enjoy taking care of birthing persons from the beginning of pregnancy up until the end, and I also enjoy helping people work through the every day tensions of life.

I spent the first eighteen years of my life growing up in northern Michigan, growing up directly in the spa atmosphere. My grandma owned and operated the only full day spa in my hometown, and she was my inspiration for wanting to create tranquility and peace for every client who comes into my space. Right after high school, I went directly to Capri College in Iowa, where I graduated with my massage therapy license. Colorado is now the fourth state that I’ve been practicing massage in.
