Celeste O'Brien - Owner/Therapist

 Celeste O’Brien

Has an AOS Degree in Massage Therapy and has been practicing for 6 years.  She has advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Yoga Massage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy and Sports Massage.  Although her  education, qualifications and experience are extensive in therapeutic and structural massage therapy, she maintains sensitivity and awareness when addressing the body.  Her belief is that combining structural bodywork with the nurturing touch of relaxation massage produces a profound massage healing experience.

"I consider myself caring, energetic, and a very personable therapist.  In my sessions I like to pour fun, love and knowledge into each massage to help guide you into a safe and welcoming space that will allow your body to feel total acceptance, relaxation, and wellbeing.  I love working with any level of athlete , whether that be the weekend warrior or professional cyclist.
I also really enjoy helping people feel completely relaxed after a long day, a tough week, or maybe just because  I have always known that I wanted to help people in some way, and my thirst for knowledge of the human body has led me to a career in Massage Therapy.  I feel it is an area of specialty where I will never stop learning about the amazing ability’s of our body’s and our hearts.    My goal as a Massage Therapist is to share massage with the world, to find a way to make massage available for everybody.

My goal for my buisness is to give people a place that they feel completely excepted for who they are, a place where all worry and stress fall away, and only peace and joy is felt.  We pride ourselves on being a small local business, with our priciples built from our hearts, and when you come in that is what we expect you will experience.

"I am married and have two children, they are my whole world.  Some of my favorite things are cooking, family and friends.  I love to have great big dinners with the people I love.  My dreams are to travel the world. My favorite place to be is in the mountains any time of year.  I am insane about Snowboarding, love to go hiking, camping, and dirt bike riding.  And my goal is to train for a Triathlon someday."

I hope this gives you a glance of me and what type of therapist I am.  I look forward to meeting you."

Sincerely,

Celeste O’Brien, CMT

Kina Ueda - Owner/Therapist

Kina Ueda

Has an AOS Degree in Massage Therapy  and has been a practicing therapist for 8 years.  She is also a massage instructor for Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy.  Kina has advanced certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, as well as AOBT.   Her experience in both medical and spa settings tempers an intense focus on problem areas with a gentle manner and flow through the body.  She believes that a nurturing attention to detail combined with a quiet space and time will allow the body to create profound change on its own.

"I strive to be  a very caring and  adaptable therapist. I believe in allowing the person I am working on to determine their own experience.  Whether you need a time of quiet reflection or a constant exchange; slow and gentle or targeted and intense. What I love the most is delivering exactly the right experience and results for each massage I give.  I have always loved helping people and even growing up I was fascinated by the play of muscles.  I have a boundless appetite for information about our bodies and its many intricacies.  I really enjoy sharing all the knowledge and wonder I've acquired, every person I touch teaches me more about the body and its amazing processes.  I am Thankful to have found a career that fills my days with healing, beauty and constant connections with wonderful people.  Every day I get to learn more and  revel in the  elegance of humanity. "

"I am married  and the proud parent of an irascable german sherpard. my current household is pretty small but I come from a very large family and there is nothing more enriching than the people you love. although I am not afraid of cooking I much prefer the eating part and am uncommonly skilled in that area.  I am a voracious reader of pretty much anything that is well written, particularly fiction.  I very much enjoy being in the moutnains hiking and snowboarding, though I grew up in Hawaii so I occasionally need to get back to the ocean.  My goals tend to be on-going ones, I aspire to be a positive contributor in every exchange I participate in.  Being human, I don't always succeed but that's why its an aspiration."

Thank you for taking the time to read this little slice of me as a therapist and person.  I look forward to meeting you and learning about you as well!

Sincerely,

Kina Ueda, CMT

Symmetry Massage Therapists

Brandy Higginbotham

Graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with 700hr certification in Massage Therapy and is currently enrolled in the AOS program for Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, and Applied Kinesiology.  With her love in sports and a natural curiosity about how the body functions she has developed a unique touch that incorporates the therapeutic aspect of muscle manipulation with a deep understanding that each person has their own sense of healing.

“Massage and Bodywork resonates within me and has for as long as I can remember.  I believe that there is a unique connection between all of us and I enjoy exploring this connection with the body in a therapeutic and relaxing setting.  My goal is to become a great mind-body-spirit facilitator while also working with the athlete in all of us.  There is no greater gift than to be able to help someone find health and wholeness and a relaxed body!”

Anne Tacznosky

Graduated from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in June of 2009.  She is a Registered Massage Therapist, nationally certified in neuromuscular therapy, and is a craniosacral therapist.  She has participated in America for the Gold and Race for the Cure by giving sports massage to participants.  She has also attended workshops on hydrotherapy, body mobilization, pregnancy massage, and hot stone massage.

While living in New York she received craniosacral therapy and found it to be of great benefit.  It was out of this experience that she found her drive to become a massagetherapist.  She is passionate about the body's ability to heal itself and utilizing massage to facilitate that healing process. She has an adorable golden retriever/german shepherd, finds any excuse to travel, and is a closet martial artist.

 DebraLee Letchford

For the past 17 years she has developed her love and skills as a performer, dance teacher and majoring in Dance and Choreography.  Currently she is active in growing her personal yoga practice and plans to complete training to become a teacher.  Her genuine love for life and those around her carry into her massage style.  She seeks to comfort, heal and nurture all those she works with.  Sharing her life with her lab Dixie and fellow Jonathan are so important to her.  She aspires to one day work as a dog massage therapist and travel to Thailand to expand her Thai massage skills and yoga practice.
