Annie and Kina spent a day in City Park for the fast-paced-action-packed curves of the City Park Crit courtesy of the Rocky Mountain Road Club.

Kicking off our Summer of sports massage - Celeste and Kina packed up and headed down to Silver City, New Mexico to support cyclists on a national field! This 5 day stage race is known for blasting winds, climbing and oh yeah - more wind! We were pleased to help racers from Primal HART, Sonic Boom, Colorado Bike Law, RMRC, Primal/Treads as well as many others (over 25 per day!) with recovery massage. Saturday we set up at the Crit and shared the magic of passive stretching and muscle flushing with racers for 12 hours!

Steamboat Stage Race
September 3rd - September 6th, 2010
On the road with Primal HART Racing over Labor Day weekend! Kina and DebraLee set up shop in Steamboat Springs for sports recovery massages over this 4 day stage race. This difficult last hurrah for the road race season is full of steep long climbs and back to back efforts. Luckily it also has cool temps, beautiful scenery and rockin sports massage with Symmetry of course!
Salida Omnium
July 30th - August 1st, 2010
Celeste and DebraLee hit the road to lovely Salida, Colorado for Primal HART Racing to help them recover between the grueling Salida Omnium stages.
Aquaman Swim/Run Series
June 29th - August 3rd, 2010
Symmetry hopped down to Cherry Creek reservoir for the Aquaman swim/run series that runs for 6 weeks. Organized by Without Limits, It is an opportunity for swimmers and triathletes of all ages and abilities to practice their open water swimming in a fun, competitive environment and at distances not previously offered at other venues. Our therapists worked on the training athletes as they completed their open water swim and 5k run.

Dead Dog Classic
June 25th - June 27th, 2010
Laramie Wyoming was invaded by cyclists (and Us!) for this weekend long stage race. We were there in support of our sponsored team Primal HART Racing. We were there all weekend but Symmetry also set up at the Crit and opened our massage tables to other cyclists as well! Here is DebraLee taking excellent care of one of our riders.
Salida Omnium
July 31st - August 2 2009
Once again on the road with the Primal HART Racing Team at the Salida Omnium. Celeste and Kina worked on the team for both warm- up and recovery massages between stages. HART had an amazing showing! Placing in both overall and individual stages!

Dead Dog Classic

Symmetry is an official sponser and also provides Team Therapists for the HART Racing Team and headed up to Larmie Wyoming to support the team and help them recover from this windy stage race!
Colorado Relay Classic

Symmetry Therapeutic Massage Spa was happy to be in Carbondale at the Outward Bound race! Celeste and Kina did 10 minute Thai massages for the runners. The Colorado Relay race is a 24 hour relay, this year they started in Georgetown and ended in Carbondale! The race helps raise funds and awareness for both Outward Bound Wilderness and Judi's House. All donations go to these organizations.
